SEMINAR PEKAN SASTRA 2018: SASTRA SEBAGAI SARANA MEMANUSIAKAN MANUSIA
Purwokerto (18/11). Bertempat di BTN Zone FEB UNSOED, telah berlangsung seminar Pekan Sastra 2018. Seminar Pekan Sastra ini merupakan puncak acara dari rangkaian kegiatan Pekan Sastra 2018 yang dimulai dari hari Senin (12/11). Kegiatan selama sepekan ini diisi dengan bazar buku, diskusi harian, dan seminar sebagai puncaknya pada Sabtu (17/11).
Pembicara pada seminar kali ini adalah Ronny Agustinus (Founder Penerbit Marjin Kiri) dan Dimas Indiana S. (Dosen IAIN Purwokerto dan Penerima Penghargaan Ubud Writers and Readers Festival Bali 2016). Sebagai moderator oleh Gabrielle Arthour Jonathan (Koordinator Perpus Indie “Ankre”). Dalam pemaparannya, pembicara menjelaskan bagaimana sastra yang mempengaruhi peradaban manusia hingga sekarang dan bagaimana sastra dapat membawa manusia ke arah yang lebih baik. Menurut ketua pelaksana Pekan Sastra 2018 Taufik Bagus, menjelaskan bahwa tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menyediakan ruang ekspresi bagi pelajar dan mahasiswa yang memiliki ketertarikan dan minat di bidang sastra, khususnya sastra cerpen dan puisi. “Selain menyediakan ruang berekspresi, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan mengenalkan sastra dan meningkatkan budaya literasi di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, yang kita tau selama ini kampus kita (FEB) hanya belajar mengenai ilmu-ilmu ekonomi” tambah Taufik.
Selain kegiatan seminar, pada acara kali ini juga diadakan penampilan lima besar dari peserta lomba puisi. Juri pada kegiatan kali ini adalah Wage Tegoeh Wijono (Sastrawan Banyumas), dan Andi Ist Merdeka (Pemimpin Redaksi Suara Purwokerto).
Diakhir acara, diadakan pengumuman pemenang dari lomba puisi dan cerpen Pekan Sastra 2018. Berikut pemenang dari lomba puisi dan cerpen Pekan Sastra 2018:
